Playday Dog of the Year rules
1) Membership in 4 Corners Herding Association of Tulsa.
2) Attendance at each meeting at which Mock Trial event is held.
3) All three levels, novice, intermediate, advanced will be judged and completed in a
10 minute run.
4) Points will be awarded for each level and tie breaker will be as per AKC regulations
on the best cross drive.
5) Awards will be given at each level and stock for both strong eyed and loose eyed
breeds ............ example: BC- Herding Started Arena sheep or Loose eyed
Herding Intermediate Arena Ducks
6} Year end award winners must move up to the next level/ different course /
stock the following year.
7} Mock trials can be judged or point and time.
Point schedule
Points will be allocated on a standardized format regardless of number of participants.
6 Points = 1st place
5 Points = 2nd place
4 Points = 3rd place
3 Points = 4th place
2 Points = 5th place
